  • Temporary Storage: Files you upload are stored on our secure servers only for the duration required to perform the requested task.
  • Automatic Deletion: Our system runs an automated "Purge Cycle" every 1-2 hours. Any file uploaded or generated is permanently deleted from our servers after this period.
  • No Manual Access: Our team does not view, copy, or backup your uploaded files. The process is entirely automated.

Encrypted Transfers

All file transfers to and from ToolMadam are encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS) technology, ensuring your data is safe from interception during upload and download.

2. Tool-Specific Data Policies

A. PDF Tools (Unlock, Protect, Compress)

When you use tools like Unlock PDF or Protect PDF:

  • Passwords entered are used strictly for the decryption/encryption process in volatile memory.
  • We never store your passwords or metadata.
  • Once the session ends or the window is closed, all traces of the credentials are cleared.

B. Image Tools (Background Remover, Converter)

Images uploaded for processing are treated with the same level of confidentiality as documents. Generated images (e.g., after background removal) are available strictly to you via your unique download link until the purge cycle runs.

3. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser "Local Storage" to save your interface preferences (such as Dark Mode or Light Mode). We do not use cookies to track your activity across other websites.

4. Third-Party Analytics

We use anonymous analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to understand which tools are most popular (e.g., "70% of users use PDF to JPG"). This data is aggregated and does not contain any personal information or file contents.
